I came here because one of my trailer tires was worn and needed to be replaced. I called about 30 minutes ahead, and they confirmed they weren’t busy, so I chose to come here instead of going to TA or Love’s. When I arrived, I told them I already had a spare tire. They said they needed to inspect it first, which is completely understandable. However, they then told me that I needed to remove the tire from the storage rack myself.
