Customer experience was great from the start. I asked to have the old top removed from the beginning as was told they would remove the old tops. During the installation I asked again and was ignored. I went to the trouble to remove the old tops to save the installation crew time and labor of doing this task. Needless to say that left the old top in the kitchen. I ask again that day after the sales person sent me the video of the complete installation and she did not answer me for the second time that day. I now understand th... read more
