Even though we had only one single bathroom cabinet that needed a new countertop, Joy took just as much time with me as if it was a big project. From measurement to installation all was done perfectly and very timely. Highly recommend.
Joy took a personal interest in us and our choice of stone for our new home. She is so knowledgeable of all the stones. She was patient as we rescheduled the measurement appointment and never made me feel like I was a burden. This was a major purchase/process for us and she made it enjoyable. The installers were equally delightful and helped with the downdraft stove exhaust. They were professional and thorough. Great experience!
I want to be fair in my review...they have a great selection...nice showroom...but. literally everything else was awful...we walked in..picked out the stone we wanted...confirmed with the employee and whom i assumed was the owner that they could install Friday...were asked to send measurements which we did within 1 hour...the employee sent us the incorrect invoice amount numerous times over the next 2 days..once it was corrected we immediately paid the correct amount..we were told the granite would be installed on the day we... read more
We seem to be an anomaly with our review. We looked at counter tops for our remodeling project late last year and decided to go with MC Granite in Blue Ridge. Our contractor recommended another vendor, but we insisted on MC Granite because they had the counter top material with the look we were going for, and we enjoyed working with April. MC Granite held our slabs for 7 months while our project dragged on, but they also had 50% deposit.
