I will start with the positives. My bathroom countertop looks fantastic and the installation crew was professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. However, the entire process leading up to the installation was a horrible experience. First, and the root cause of the issues, Joy was our sales person and failed to share the complete process and all of the associated costs up front.
