I have no idea how this place is still in business. I only started calling them because I was told from another unit owner that the floors came from this place. In an attempt to replace some damaged floorboards (due to the previous owner not because of quality of material), I started calling this place. Over the last 2 months, I have showed up at the store and have called over a dozen times. It's usually the same issue: the guy who lives upstairs from the place is "covering" the store for the owner. DO NOT use this company. They sub contract their work. I had hardwood floors installed by them which are awful. The floor boards are damaged and cracked, it looks like the wood is delaminating although these are solid hardwood floors. They admitted that the installer used the wrong side of the hammer so where the boards are nailed in the wood protrudes. Approximately 30% of all the floor boards are damaged. They installed carpet throughout my refinished basement and it's fabulous! All of my friends have complimented me on it. I would definitely use them for my flooring needs in the future!
