Unfortunately I'm forced to change my review. After less than a year our gates have major issues, and will not stay closed or latch. I made them aware of this issue right away, and I was told they would be fixed. I contacted them several times, and originally told he would "be out in a day or two". After a couple months I've been unable to get a response back, and had to personally tie my gates to the fence to keep them closed. Installed a 20'x25' engineered wood deck in the back yard. Many thousands of dollars were spent. After the third set, yes three different sets of contractors worked on this project, and months later, it is finally complete, in early December (signed invoice in August). Frame work is uneven causing the deck boards to not be flush. Deck boards are not cut exactly the same causing an uneven look at the center board. Hired them to tear down deck and totally rebuild! They reused portions of old deck and built a sloppy new deck! Deck railing and stair railing were to match and don’t! Also had a one year warranty for complete customer satisfaction, did not live up to warranty or follow they with promises to fix no matter what the time frame! Would not recommend this company for any project !!!! They never respond to a call once they have your money!
