Hired this builder to do a new acreage build. Cost was high so we assumed good quality. Homeowner budgets were low (eg $5000 for all appliances) and cheap lower end products often used. Builder was disorganized and not present during last four weeks leaving a long list of deficiencies (30 + items). Builder was not present for final walk through and was demanding a final payment of $140,000 over the contract amount with no change orders to identify what overages were for.
