While the Doctor was competent and helpful, their billing system is a total disaster. They told me what I had already paid was all I owed, then 1 year later sent a large bill out claiming I owed them more. Then their accounts person kept telling me she had sent out statements for months when I didn't get a single one and went on to argue with me about it.
Go to someone else. He gets 1 star from me because I couldn't give a 0. His practice is a joke. The office staff has no clue. Very unprofessional.
Billed my a whole year after telling me its been waived. Told me at the appt all was covered etc I paid it so I don't have to deal with this practice again. Not a pleasant experience. Don't know why I came here in the first place with all the bad reviews I've been seeing.
