Disappointed with our experience with MC Glass after spending about $2,000 on window repairs. Most frustrating was the extensive paint damage they left on our antique windows—something we were never warned about, and they made no effort to repair. They also worked on a stuck garage window with one cracked pane (as noted during the estimate). MC Glass at 3518 Dempster Street in Skokie, IL is the absolute best. The owners, Ben & Debera Beaton are friendly, knowledgeable, and price their work very fairly. They fixed / repaired a double hung garage window by glazing two new double-glass panes. All other glass companies which I previously contacted all wanted to sell me a completely new window and frame.
