Just had to call the Sheriff's department on a resident of this place because he was standing Infront of the playgrounds of Pioneer Valley elementary / Liberty Middle school doing something so disgusting I can't bring myself to type it here. Once the Sheriff department arrived I came to find out this isn't the first time someone has just wandered away from that facility. If you see this man in your neighborhood call the police.

I worked here for a short time years ago, and I would never send a loved one to this facility. I would not and could not be a party to what I saw going on there, and quit! The priorities are not in the right place to be considered a "care" facility on any level.
