We're having trouble with intermittent leaking from the washer. Will came out, couldn't find a leak. So he had me run a load of clothes and returned. Still no leak. So he gave me his cell phone number and said please take a picture and text me next time it leaks, and we'll waive the service call. A really nice change from our previous experiences with another company.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Brought the right part to fix dryer without even looking at it. Very professional. Highly recommend! UPDATE: had him come again because he did a great job before but this time he replaced a broken belt on the dryer, first time I used it the belt fell off. No biggie?! Called him and left message as to what happened and 8 days later still haven't heard from him. No dryer since before Thanksgiving now.
