I've been a customer for years. One thing that stands out is customer care. Kim and his entire staff are friendly, informative and willing to find you the best deals on insurance. I might be able to go to another insurance company somewhere else, but I'm sure I wouldn't get the personal care the staff has for me. They know me by name and they go out of their way to answer all my questions and find the most affordable rates available.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I've called TWO times and left messages, specifically, Dave Womack, and have not had the courtesy of a return call. If you're not interested in a new client with almost $3800. of insurance, so be it! I found a very courteous agent and got insurance immediately!
Great place and saved me a lot of money on my car and home insurance!
