As a Licensed electrician you should ask what electrical service the customer has (Duke Energy) and be educated on the differences/requirements between Duke and Four County Electric (they didn’t even ask and we didn’t know there was a difference). We are not electricians..hence the reason we hired them. So the outside panel box WE bought (saving money) was not MEG approved via Duke Energy but Four County it doesn’t matter but again we didn’t know this as we are NOT electricians. Evelyn was amazing and was able to diagnose the problem and send help right over!
I called to have an estimate for my project and they showed up the very next day. On the day of the installation they arrived on time and got right to work. I had a large project that spanned more than 7 hours and they worked efficiently, even crawling under a tight space under my deck to get the job done. I would highly recommend this team for any of your electrical needs.
Quote was too high for us. Had to call several times before he came after making several appointments. He was very nice when he did come but not affordable for us
