My grandson has asthma and couldn’t stay overnight without needing his inhaler. After we had ducts cleaned + new filters, he stayed 3 nights with zero issues. My daughter cried. She said “your house doesn’t trigger him anymore.” Being able to have family over safely is priceless. Grandparents: do this before the holidays.

They called the day before to confirm. They called 30 minutes before they arrived. The tech called me from my driveway when done to walk me through everything. The office called 3 days later to make sure I was happy. I never had to chase them. They communicate. That is great service.

I’ve had asthma 20 years. After cleaning, I went from daily inhaler use to maybe 2x per week. Doctor said reducing indoor allergens can do that. Techs were great about using fragrance-free sanitizer because I’m sensitive. They also taught me what MERV rating filter to use. This wasn’t just a cleaning, it was health education.
