Disappointing and unprofessional . We completed a remodel about a year ago and have had ongoing issues with a Kohler bidet. McFarland was involved multiple times (at least four visits) and was unable to resolve the problem. It appears they act as a Kohler warranty service provider in the Twin Cities. Ultimately, Kohler agreed to replace the bidet at no charge, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, coordinating the replacement with McFarland has been extremely difficult. After our home fire the house had no power and the hot tub froze bummer. Marcia was great to work with over the phone, getting thing together and scheduled. and then the service guy Joe came out and he is very knowlegable and helped me see what was wrong and needed to come back with another person to do the repairs, lots of problems. and found more today and now I'm so excited to get out and use the hot tub tomorrow.
