Great service! From diganosis, to scheduling, to being on-time and completing the repairs as requested. Thanks for you help with my whirlpool tub!
After our home fire the house had no power and the hot tub froze bummer. Marcia was great to work with over the phone, getting thing together and scheduled. and then the service guy Joe came out and he is very knowlegable and helped me see what was wrong and needed to come back with another person to do the repairs, lots of problems. and found more today and now I'm so excited to get out and use the hot tub tomorrow. Erik was great! A brand new tub we had ordered had a couple of small issues, Erik was able to diagnose and correct the issues with ease. Great company and great communication, thank you!
If I could rate this place a zero I would. I was charged 200 dollars for them to come out and turn a knob. They were here for all of 8 min. They also took my old filters without my permission. Marcia never answers the phone. Website has incorrect information and their office doesn’t exist. Absolute scam of a company. Don’t waste your time they will rob you.
