Was willing to come help same day and is getting the job done.
I called to ask for an estimate for installing a generator. Mr Mc Fanin came and talked to me, checked my current electrical panel, etc and said he'd prepare an estimate for me. I never heard anything more from him. I called and his answering machine messages was full. I tried several time with the same results. If he tried to contact me, he never left a message.
Had a pipe on the side of our house which ran from the panel to the top corner of of the building where the wires then ran to the pole on the road. A semi yanked the wires from the house. Mcfanin came out the day we called and got the job done quickly and it looks better than ever. Would highly Recommend.
Called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for an estimate to have a 3 way switch installed. He was out the same day and it was installed the same the day. What a great surprise that was! Ron answered all questions asked and was more than professional. Thank you! Will absolutely be using again!!
