Dr. Navok saw me as a new patient on short notice after I cracked my tooth on a pepperoni. He was very caring and accommodating. He mitigated my situation, offered a follow-up visit to make sure my healing was smooth and was quick in his communications responding to my questions. His staff was also very kind and skilled. Dr. Navok and his lovely staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and confident that you have found the best team to help take care of any dental needs. A regular cleaning is so easy and thorough and who knew a "crown" could be a spa day! I am thrilled to have Hoyt Street Dental as our family practice. Dr.Navok and his staff are excellent. Kim and Christine are both excellent hygienists. Although fortunately, I have not needed any extensive work done, Dr Navok is an excellent dentist and very personable.
My first visit with Hoyt Street Dental was great. I had a hip replacement several years ago and have not had a dental appointment since. I was very nervous about going. Dr Navok dispelled all of my fears. Everyone was efficient and treated me with respect. I left feeling great.
