Service! My newer Maytag dryer that I bought @ McEntires about 5 years ago quit heating. I can’t say I’m surprised, we do a ton of laundry! Within 4 hours of my call repairman Zach was here and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly and capable. He replaced the heating element in no time. He also explained exactly what he was doing and gave me some watch outs, like how we shouldn’t use dryer sheets in newer front loads because it reduces airflow over time. Went in today 12/27/24 to replace a couple parts, and not only did I receive plenty of help on the phone finding a model number and asking questions about what O had tested so I didn't waste my time, but I also received plenty of help and an explanation as to why these parts had went bad. Will make sure to buy appliances from these wonderful people in the future. Thank you!
