⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had MC Electrical upgrade my existing solar system with a new Fronius inverter, additional solar panels and a battery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial quoting process right through to installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and it's clear the team takes pride in what they do. What really stood out was their customer service. MC Electrical proactively contacted me ahead of the reduction in th... read more
I wish I could post multiple reviews as we've gotten three different solar installs through MC Electrical - the latest including a battery and EVSE. They never pushed products or upgrades and had genuine conversations with real recommendations, and actually care about the outcome. They are easy to communicate with, turn up on time and eager, and do high quality work. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, and taken time to explain everything. As a company they seem positioned as an employer who actually cares about their ... read more
Great company, great work, the solar system is performing over expectations. Can't ask for more.:)
-Had a BYD battery installed to a existing system by another company. -Quoting smooth and not pushy. Very knowledgeable. -Day of install, great communication from the electricians. Some delays in the delivery of parts but didn't cause any trouble on our part. they stayed late to get the job done that day. overall very impressed. -They followed up afterwards to check if there were any issues and are going to send out to fix a small issue with the previously installed catch relay for free which I think is great customer servic... read more
Always a pleasant experience dealing with MCE. They installed our original solar power system 8 years ago and recently upgraded it to add a battery. We had no issues on either occasion. The sparkies did a great job and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They're punctual and polite and clean up when they're done. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again, guys!
