My experience with the MC Electrical team was very good. They did a great job upgrading my solar system and installing a new home battery and EV charger. The post-installation support was also great.
Great attention to detail. Very neat and well thought out installation
This is the second time I have engaged MC Electrical. The first time was to install the initial solar system (about 10 years ago) and this time to do a big upgrade. I can't recommend them more highly. Over the past 10 years they have always been happy to provide advice and support. I can't recommend MC Electrical highly enough. From the start, their customer service was fantastic. They arrived on time, exactly when they said they would, and did an absolutely brilliant job on our solar and battery installation. No issues with product or installation quality. However, if for whatever reason the commissioning of you system is delayed (e.g. due to Energex) I would recommend not making the final payment for the installation. Once they have the money for the installation, they do not return calls inquiring to the status of the Energex EWR, and seeminly won't chase Energex unless you call up asking why the timline is 2 weeks over due.
