Great company, all the staff are fantastic . Allan came and installed our battery and he was FANTASTIC! The motto for the company is "we know solar " I reckon it should be " forget the rest go with the BEST" Lots of shonkies out there but these guys are Brisbane based bricks and mortar company. You can go to their show rooms or better still go to Youtube and check out their posts. THEY KNOW SOLAR !!! Very happy customer .
I’ve had a disappointing experience this time. I was hoping to be a repeat customer, however after nearly two months I still haven’t received a final quote. MC Electrical installed my previous system two years ago and I was very happy, but the process at my new property has been frustrating. I have used MC Electrical twice now, and each time their workmanship and reliability was very good, happy to recommend!
Just like to thank MC Electrical for the great service in extending our existing solar system (that they originally installed) and adding the BYD batteries. Everything came together on the day and as I am a sparky myself, the install was spot on. Brady took the lead and explained how the system worked at the end of the job. We have used the full house backup once since the install and it worked perfectly, great having power during a blackout and not having to dig out the Honda generator and have leads running everywhere.
