Lady T-boned my driver door. took car to Greensboro Auto Body 11 times and still not repaired correctly. They painted it wrong color twice, left tape under car, pulled tape off inside door and peeled the paint off that they had already painted. left trash in paint ,EVERY TIME I TOOK IT BACK I TOLD THEM THERE WAS WIND NOISE AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT SHUT CORRECTLY. Greensboro Auto Body (Formerly Mcduffie) took great care or my vehicle repair! They were professional and took the time to explain the process of the repair and insurance claim. I recommend this body shop for your repairs as they were honest and had good communication. Eddie, the store Manager and the employees I interacted with were fantastic through this process!
Bad customer service
Their attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Every vehicle they’ve ever worked on for me has been returned better than before it was damaged. The lines are better than factory and the paint matching was spot on!
