I moved into a new house and noticed the dryer vent was not cleaned before but also cracked and broken. The team at MC Duct were very friendly and came same day (within 3 hours!) and replaced the broken vent and cleaned everything up quickly. We will use them again in the future for dryer vent cleaning.
Jesse and the team at Mc Duct did an excellent job replacing the chimney chases at my home after the galvanized steel had become eroded. They upgraded the chases from galvanized steel to copper, and the difference is night and day. Jesse was responsive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I highly recommend their services. He cleaned my fireplace two years ago and did a very thorough job. Recently, I thought I might have a dead rat in my fireplace and called him again.
