Brought in my 87 Firebird for a bumper match and door repair. Mike was excellent and did a great job of setting expectations. The work.came out amazing and they always follow up and make sure you are satisfied with the work completed.
Always a great experience here the only place to get you bodywork done.
Broke my 2mm pistol key chain. As silly as it was the keychain was a gift from my friend Alexander who lost his battle with lung cancer. I am not claiming that the repair itself was shoddy. The Clerk was sympathetic first complimenting the keychain before attempting to help me fix it when I realized it was broken. While 40 dollars was knocked off the bill to compensate for the damage. From the moment I walked into Mcdowell’s it was like walking into my family home!! Everyone of them were so friendly and compassionate and put me right at ease!! As a senior and it being my first experience having to have my car fixed I knew I was exactly where I needed to be! I highly recommend to anyone that needs bodywork done McDowells is the place to go!!! My car was fixed when they said it would be the turn around time was awesome! Amazing experience with McDowell’s. I brought my truck in last week and they looked at it without an appointment to figure out what parts were needed. They followed up in a timely manner to schedule my appointment, and even gave me a ride back home while my truck was being worked on. Phenomenal customer service and everything went extremely smooth. Highly recommend!
