Terrible experience. They have ridiculous policies regarding personal loans. They'll give someone working a fast food job with below average credit and no collateral a small loan but not a business owner, home owner with excellent credit and multiple forms of collateral a loan because of showing a loss due to Hurricane Helene. They even stated that proof of income was not good enough. Apparently the only thing they care about is your tax return which is completely ignorant.
