My experience was not pleasant and neither were my friend’s visit. The way this office files insurance is a bit of a pain. You have to pay initially out of pocket then they send off (well they give it to you to mail off) the paper work. I was told over the phone that I would be charged $75 for a consultation including my recent x-rays. After my consultation I was charged $200. I tried to explain how someone from the office contacted me twice and confirmed $75 but they did not listen and did not refund me my $200. On top of t... read more

Had to have dental work this morning and Dr McDonald and his staff was amazing. I hope I will not have to get more done. But if I do , I hope it's at Dr McDonald's.
