It's a mixed bag. Sometimes the burgers come out perfectly fine, other times they come out looking like someone sat on them. They seem to be severely understaffed at times during the busiest part of the day. The most frustrating part is when there's no one in the drive-thru lane, I get my order processed, and then I end up sitting and waiting for a few minutes, while someone behind me gets their order and leaves within 30 seconds.
The food was fine. Must use kiosk to order due to no counter person. Called my table number to pick up order. Table was not cleaned before or after my meal.
