I ordered a mcdou le meal deal,asked for sweet tea and I got unsweetened tea and was also missing my fries..
Went to the drive thru to order 2 for 6 fillet fish and nuggets the girl taking order was very rude. Don’t work in a fast food restaurant if you don’t have the appropriate attitude and does not understand the meaning of “customer service”. Never coming back again to this branch. Left without completing my order I can go somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with staff rudeness.
I have had some poor service at McDonald’s in the past. This place takes the cake. From the male employee taking payment who could barely grunt out anything or even speak in human. To the female server who got my order wrong three times and was obviously angry. When you ask for sweet-and-sour and she gives you ranch and you ask for a Diet Coke and she gives you a Coke. That’s her fault not mine. Not a whim of Customer Service amongst them. We won’t spend any money at this location again.
Pretty lousy experience all around today. First my coworker got us some lunch and they forgot the fries, not the biggest thing but when I went there to get some more food things did not get any better. I sat there at one of the two drive-thru lanes of ignored, as car after car after car placed their orders and proceeded as I was sitting there in the other drive thru, fourcars in a row.
