3.15.25 approx 615 pm ....the female manager on duty cared more about giving away free food to the toothless homeless looking wonders. She made it a mission to give them free ice cream cones and fries and drinks from they way she was talking them it's a usual routine. I purchased ice cream sundaes and they barely had anything to them but she could care less since she only serves non paying customers. Absolute dumpster fire with management. Don't bother with this place. Employee defined theft shameful.
So much for presentation, looks like a 2 year old made this. No where near what I ordered.
I thought it was pretty funny at first when I bit into my cheese burger and realized there was no meat patty on my burger, only to find out that both of my burgers did not have a burger patty. When I called the phone number listed on maps, a very nice girl named Caitlyn answered and laughed with me and said to go ahead and come back in and she’ll make it right. We pulled up and were the only ones in drive thru for a minute someone goes to the other lane and they take their order immediately. Once we get our order we realize it’s wrong and this is the third time I’ve had to go back in after going through the drive thru to correct my order, I shouldn’t have to do that. Hope they get it together had high hopes for new location.
They forgot part of my order and when I tried to call the phone that's listed on maps, it doesn't go through. So I am out of some money.
