We purchased a pool 6 years ago from McDonald's pools. Worst decision we ever made. Our linerer has floated every year since the installation. We were told this is normal. Our steps have cracked and the walls have to be professional refinished along with a new liner. The lights also stopped working after year number three. From the process of installing the pool to subsequent opening and closing services, this team has been amazing for us to work with at every step.
Never returned phone calls
This company is AWFUL at communication. They cannot give me specifics on what chemicals they put in our pool when they open it. We also had our pool closing scheduled for a week ago and nobody showed up, nobody is answering the phone or my emails, and we already paid them for the job. I would never recommend them to anyone.
