Horrible business. Worse customer service. We tried calling their corporate office and was told by whoever answers the phone we could not have that phone number. They took advantage of my mother who is 90 with a classic bait and switch getting her in the door with an advertisement for a \$745 hearing system then selling her at half off a close to \$5000 system.
