They just don't care!!! Living a mere 2 miles from this location, I have spent a small fortune at this location in the last 15 years- however-I learned today-4/2/2011-that customer loyalty means nothing! When I returned a dead blueberry bush for credit; they looked up my Rewards receipt-only to tell me my warranty (purchase date 3/6/2010) had expired by 3 weeks! When I asked to speak with a manager-their response was "sorry'". I asked if they would consider giving me a prorated credit-since the growing season had just begun ... read more
Poor Customer Service I was in there a couple weeks back to purchase some perennials, and one of the sales staff that I tried to talk to was rude. She was constantly on her phone texting, and generally seemed put out when I asked for assistance. I eventually had to find someone else.
GREAT GARDEN CENTER THIS GARDEN CENTER HAS SUCH A VARIETY OF DIFFERNT PLANTS, SHRUBS AND HARD TO FIND GARDENING ITEMS. THE PRICES ARE FAIR AND THE STORE IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED. AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT.
LOVE THIS PLACE THIS STORE IS TH EBEST TO GET PLANTS, SHRUBS AND GARDENING SUPPLIES. THE STAFF IS SO HELPFUL AND THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE. THE STORE IS WELL ORGANIZED AND ALL OF THE PLANTS ARE WELL MAINTAINED, THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
McDonalds Garden Center We go to this place often. It is a good sized nursery. They have a nice sized building for indoor plants. Then a huge section outside with just about every type of plant and tree you would look for. Also most of the employees are knowlegeable or they know who to direct you to. They helped us out a great deal with their advice. Also they have a savings card that is great. The card allows you to get a discount from time to time. MACDONALDS NURSERY This is a first class palce to shop. You are greeted by friendly staff when you come in and if you need help there is always soemone willing to help you. Questions about flowers or plants? these people know what they are talking about. You will get one on one help here as opposed to other garden centers. THey have beautiful plants. They parking lot is a little small but right up front, the store and garden is perfect.
