If you can't fit in the space, don't park there. Whoever was driving this truck last week, parked in the Southtowne garage and blocked access to the handicap parking. Not cool esp with the limited number of disabled parking available for residents. Shame on whoever did this - even if you didn't realize what you were doing while you were in your truck, you had to have seen it when you got out and walked away.
