Had to go behind these guys and completely replace two new systems that were not 2yrs old. Equipment and the ductwork. Wouldn't pass inspection and was noisy as hell. You couldn’t hold a conversationdue to the air noise. How do you install a heat pump with NO auxiliary heat???Has to be the worst HVAC work I've seen in 20+ years.
