This AC Company is a rip off and they have very, very poor customer service! We were forced to deal with them through our home warranty company, we had a very bad experience with their technician, we presume to be Mr. McDaris. First, it took more than 14 days to get our AC fixed. We have two small children and we live in Houston. This happened in the middle of July and it is very hot!!!
