I agree with other comments that if you don’t have a huge project needing done McDaniel’s does not want to be bothered. In October 2025, we chose to remodel our bathroom. We chose McDaniel’s because we prefer to support local when possible, and we felt we would receive more personal and professional care from them than from a big box store. Nicole R. I have been involved in several construction and remodeling projects as a homeowner for over 50 years. The recent bathroom remodel just completed by McDaniels Kitchen & Bath and Granite Construction was our best experience so far. Julie Johnson from the McDaniels design team was excellent to work with. Julie knows the products, materials and options. We've had such a great experience with McDaniels. Right at the start of the project, Julie Johnson was there to guide us. They had everything we needed from cabinets, flooring, counter tops, and appliances. Plus they work side by side with Granite Construction. All we had to do was make decisions on colors, finishes, etc. I highly recommend McDaniels.
We recently purchased a refrigerator from McDaniel’s Kitchen & Bath and had an excellent experience with a sales associate there, Ms. Tracie Tiedt. In the process, we encountered several complicating factors as a result of the manufacturer having made changes to the model which were not clearly reflected online. Namely, the manufacturer had significantly changed the look of a particular color.
