I usually get a good cut at this place but yesterday was not a good day. I asked for layers at the bottom, long bangs and keep most of the length and got the opposite. I have grown as a person and thank God did not end up in tears but very saddened its going to take me a long time to grow out this horrible error. I told them so and still got charged. SMH!
