This gym is the best. Great coaches, great leadership, great people. If you want to surround yourself with people who make you better, this is it. This gym is great for developing skills and building confidence for both beginners and experienced athletes. I have grown as an athlete from expert coaching and encouragement. Member since 2020 and there are endless reasons why I have stayed for so long. I would be lying if I said I never considered leaving MC CrossFit in search of just trying somewhere else. Once you start at MC, you won’t want to go anywhere else. The facility, the coaches, the owners, and most importantly, the members, cannot be matched anywhere else. I could go on and on, but there is a reason MC CrossFit has won best gym in KC multiple times. Simply put, that one reason is Community. Best gym in KC. No debate.
I travel for work and frequently drop into other gyms. I am always appreciative to come home to MC where the gym is clean & the coaches take the time to properly warm you up for the class. I have been to many gyms that are dirty and the coaches lack providing any sort of warm up for the workout. Additionally, as I went into semifinals this year, the coaches went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule and making sure all standards were met.
