We had carpet put in a year and a half ago. I've called several times to get some things repaired. Nothing has been done. I have pulls in the carpet, I think he's blamed my animals, but I've had carpet and animals, I've never had that problem. I have a line that runs across the middle of my room. No padding at the seam of my closet and there is no carpet under my closet drawers. We paid 3,500 for it and was never repaired.
Friendly and knowledgeable folks who were quick to answer any questions. They have fair prices and a ton of floor options.
My experience with McCrory carpet was not so good. The laminate floor they put down was not glued
