I give Dr. McCrellas a 10 rating. I went to him often about 15 years ago, my blood pressure was out of control, he didn’t give up on me until he found the right treatment for me and until this present day I’m doing good. I had to find another doctor due to my new insurance plan not accepting him in my network. The only problems I had during those years with him was his front desk staff. I suggested to them to take customer service classes. Just might stop by to say Hello to one of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

Dr. McCreeless himself is personable and seems to genuinely care however he does not communicate his own referrals. He referred my husband for am endoscopy and had him collect the necessary medicine needed to clean out his system for the procedure and the morning we went there they did not have an appointment for my husband and had to just squeeze him in. Reach out needing our doctor & they tell you to go to the ER. The ER tells us go see your primary doctor. So guess I guess we’ll just go without healthcare & follow up.

McCreless is personable, repeatedly says G’damn, in general very old-school. The office runs like pre-computer 1980’s. The furniture is at least circa 1995. Labs require a separate appointment just to receive the orders (weird) then need to be drawn somewhere else. Enjoy 😃.
