Yesterday we took my kids to the mccreary county back to school bash and my kids won a prize they didn’t know my right number (so they say) even though I have a voicemail from them they called someone else then they proceed to tell me they don’t know what to do they gave it to another kid maybe learn how to be fair if my kids won or just don’t have your program at all
First of all, I had to call twice and leave messages before I ever got an answer. I called the first time at 12:54 and I called again at 2:52 and left another message, but nobody called me until 4:21 which was when they were about to close. I initially called because when I checked my benefits on an app that I have, it showed that my card was active but I didn’t have any benefits.
