I reached out to Michael McRatic to help my son duringa desperatetime. It did not go well. He tried to charge us for a session that he said was missed although we never scheduled to see him a second time. We did not sign any paperwork agreeing to be his client. When I called him to correct this charge he referred to my son's struggles as "his mess". Totally rude and unprofessional.
