Karen is amazing!!! She was VERY patient with me, I texted her multiple times at various hours on every day of the week, and she always responds very quickly. I am a big procrastinator (the opposite of Karen) and she waited patiently for me to get all my documents together and answered a million questions for me all along the way. She was very thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was getting my maximum refund. She definitely went above!
