I went to the office this morning for an appointment that was made last year for an annual checkup and was told I did not have an appointment. I called a a little over a week ago ago to request a lab order sent to my patient portal so that I could have my labs completed. Iupon checking my patient portal I did not no have a lab order nor did I get an answer from my call but there was a message that Nicole would be leaving in June, 2036.
