High prices, Poor customer service We used to be a customer of McCracken. Their office is located within walking distance from my house, so you'd think it would be convenient to do business with them. NOT. It is one thing for service personnel to look unprofessional, but McCracken's people often acted the way they looked. They removed safety hasps from fuel refill ports, put there to prevent access by children. This was _my property_, not theirs, yet they acted as if they were landlords.
