Work in beverly ma 201 e lothrop attempting to excavate flow fill. This is basically concrete that was poured on top of our 12 inch water main 5 feet away from your conduit. Complete lack of oversight basically stopping our progress. Worst workmen ship i have ever seen. 6 feet thick at least 100 feet long. Also it was well known we were replacing this main. Day 2 at 201 e lothrop flowable fill is at least 8 feet outside your scope of work feel free to stop by we will be here for a few days trying to get through this disaster
