I had this so called nice man take a look at a TV for me, it took two weeks to get it back, then after getting a hold of him the cost to fix it was more than the TV was worth. I found the part for $34 on line and fixed it myself.
He took the time to explain what he was doing to test for the issues. Charged $47.00 to test everything. Was not worth fixing. He disposed of it for us

Unfortunately I did not get to meet Mr. McCormick in person, but I did speak with him on the phone. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he exuded honesty and integrity. I gave him the code light sequence exhibited on my Sony TV and he called me promptly after consulting with Sony. He was more than willing to have me bring the TV to him, but he felt that he was fairly certain that the diagnosis was going to be economically unfeasible to correct.
