Dr McCormack delivered my first born son in 1986. He was one of the last, if not the last person born in Polk county.
She's been my family doctor since I was about 3 or 4 years old. Has always generally been a good experience as much so as having to go to a doctor can be.
I’ve been going to Dr. McCormack since she came to Polk County. So did my elderly Mom and now my husband sees her as well. She’s been a blessing to our family. Always patient and caring. She goes out of her way to care for us and see that things are going well. She’s prompt in returning calls and messages, very focused on our needs and easy to talk to. Dr. McCormack is very thorough and really takes her time during my annual physical. She also takes the time to call me personally with any test results. The office is good about getting me in when needed and getting prescriptions refilled are a snap. I have been so pleased here that my husband has made Dr. McCormack his primary as well. We are grateful to have a caring doctor nearby.
