Management affair This store has lost the respect of being a family business. The manager is overly flirtatious with male customers. She has also broken up a marriage by her immoral behavior with the owner. The best mechanic I�ve ever had is no longer there because of the whole situation. The owner is lucky to have two employees that have been there since the doors opened who go above and beyond for the customer. If not for them this business would already be closing the doors.
Name Changed We are no longer with True Value. We are now with Do It Best and our name has changed to Knoxville Hardware.
TERRIBLE COURTESY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! For day-to-day needs, you might not notice how atrocious the customer service is at this store. Bochsler The best! The City of Mt. Angel relies on Bochsler True Value Hardware, and its extremely helpful service!
Hardware at its BEST! This place knows what they are doing! The people who work at Mount Prospect True Value definitely know what they are talking about. Any questions on basic or in depth repairs, etc. I have had they have been able to help me and sell me the items that I need. Great Buffet If you want a good lunch, try the Italian buffet at Aurelio's. It's basic, but really good. Salad, pizza, pasta, chicken or sausage (yum) and even dessert. Good value.
