DO NOT CALL. We scheduled appointments with this company three times to try and get our refrigerator fixed. For the initial appointment a date was given but no time range was given for the call. We both work nights and waited all day for the call from the technician, when he finally called it was near 4-4:30 when we were going to work. We rescheduled the appointment for a later day, when that day came the technician never showed up or even called to say they weren’t coming. Fast and efficient work, very honest. Would call again if needed and would recommend to others.
This is a great company. Great customer service, fair price, quick repair and our guy Steve knew his business. I will definitely recommend them to other people and use them again when needed. There are not many companies like this one anymore.
