I was looking for a dermatologist closer to home to follow up on an autoimmune disease and decided to see Dr Newlon. The check in process was easy and the staff was very professional. There was a bit of a wait but personally I don't find that unusual for a specialist. Dr Newlon was very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to my complaints without making me feel rushed.
I was treated like a quack after having this skin problem for months. They didn't listen to my case history when I tried to tell them, they cut me off as if they didn't have time and were impatient.. I have always had eczema and have it under control, but this is different, it doesn't react well with the eczema treatment but does for fungal infection medicine. Nope they said they said I was wrong.
Rude doctors more interested in pushing their creams than anything that might actually work. Horrible attendance policy. I was dropped as a client due to two missed appointments from 2017 when I was 14 and one recently when my car broke down. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
