Sales, service, parts and bookkeeping is made up of some helpful folks that are easy to work with. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because often run into an issue with part availability. We have several trucks and not being able to get a part in a timely manner can really have a negative effect on our bottom line. However, overall, we are grateful for the entire staff's commitment to quickly getting our trucks back on the road.
What started as a repair involving roughly $800 in parts ended up costing me over $10,000broken down into two visits: $2,589 the first time (for work that was never properly completed), and $7,346.69 the second time. Despite my returning the truck immediately after the initial visit and clearly stating what needed to be done, the issue was not resolved ************ that time, I had a discussion with Service Manager **** **** and the Parts Manager regarding hard-wiring the truck. Concerned as to why my vehicle is not working nor in my possession 2 months after repair and payment completed. Initial and only problem was broken key in ignition. Ignition was replaced. When we came to pick up vehicle it was already running and out front. We were told not to shut engine off for 1 hr to build batteries up. Once shut off it would not turn on again. We paid additional to have the shop mechanic come to location. He was unable to start it. He jump started from rear and took back to shop. Told it could be awhile... read more
