The owner really worked with me on a cash pay job to get it down to something that was workable for me. He took the time to explain the work completed as well as the billing details so I understood what I was paying for. The employees were all incredibly nice as I was walking through the garage repair area. I plan on returning with more work for the shop. I’m from a small town and felt at home with these gents.
Since we bought our trailer from a dealer in Tracy a few years ago (who has a badly reviewed maintenance department), I was looking for a repair shop in Sacramento to keep our investment in good shape. Probably the best repair experience I've ever had. My refrigerator went out on me right before a big trip. They got me in quickly and got me out within 3 days. My new go to for repair
