The most horrible apartments ever
Horrible management situation. 3 times the managers have been replaced and they get worse every time. They only hire people for management who are clearly dealing with addiction issues. This place is a "4 tooth minimum " type of rental. If you don't fit the "tweeker" lifestyle you will be harassed by management.
