I was a patient of Dr. Mcclelland's for five years. I was recommended by a good friend. I was speaking with that friend when she told me that her husband had been terminated from her practice. I chuckled and teased her a little bit about that and then I was terminated several weeks ago. My insurance became effective on November 1 the same day I had an appointment. My sister Deborah George is using my account to describe her wonderful experience with her appointment. Dr McClleland went beyond the call of duty to track down the necessary information regarding a cat scan ordered from a ENT doctor, (who would not give me the information) and unravel the information regarding an ear infection . She then spent the necessary time and effort to prescribe the correct medications.
